I have finally ended my juicing. Started my juicing detox on 23 March. Did 2 weeks of juicing and 2 weeks of souping. This is the first time I juiced in France. It has been about 1 year since I last juiced, which was before my wedding.

 

The biggest difference to juice here is that

(1) it is not easy to find fresh squeesed juices here. In fact I have never seen any shops selling freshly squeesed juice before. Hence juicing means that I have to take all my juices at home which also means we will have to be home at meal times.

(2) no daddy and mummy to prepare juice or cook soup for me. I have to make my own juice, cook my own soup, wash the juicer and the slow cooker myself.

 

This time round I just felt very tired most of the days (guess my body must be very acidic since I started eating back meat). Every morning when I wake up there is a thick white layer on my tongue.

 

But now that I have ended my detox I feel good and light. I lost 7kgs in the 4 weeks. And I at least we have fully utilised our juicer and pressure cooker. We also managed to used up alot of the beans that we brought over. Keke.
